1.Handmade(saa) paper factory

Soaking First,
The bark is softened
in natural water. Any unwanted bits
of black or green bark that remain are picked out by hand.
Boiling,
Then the soaked bark is boiled in
water to soften the fiber and release any
non-cellulose material such as
stretches and fats

2.Mango wood factory

Bleaching,
The fibers are washed and bleached to
whiten the fibers Instead of using chlorine,
which can be harmful to the environment,
we at Harvar use environmentally friendly
hydrogen peroxide as a bleaching agent.


The water is allowed to drip away and the frame is left to dry in the sun

Casting, The ball of pulp is poured directly in toa floating mould. The mould sits in a shallowvat and the pulp is spread by hand to evenout the fibers, thus forming the sheet.
Decorating if required, fresh flower petals are added to create the desired pattern or design.

To bake for decrease(damp, moist) befor spraypaint .

Quality controlled

Drying Papers are dried outdoors in their frames with the sheet facing the sun. If necessary, papers can be dried in a kiln.

To bake 10 day.
